Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
Our Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) team works closely with clients to plan and select the appropriate venue, jurisdiction, and dispute resolution mechanism to safeguard their business interests through mediation, arbitration, or neutral evaluation. We recognize the necessity of resolving some of your conflicts outside of court, which is why our team of committed arbitrators is available to assist you with your legal issues.

Litigation
Our emphasis on litigation is driven by our team’s effectiveness in mediating between disputing parties to seek an amicable resolution prior to formal proceedings.
We represent our clients before the Courts of First Instance and Appeal and the Supreme Court of the State of Kuwait in all facets of litigation.
